Salmon in Red Wine

Sprinkle the salt on the bottom of baking form, lay down the salmon on it, peel the oranges and slice them in to good disks. Cover the salmon with them, sprinkle the top of salmon with oranges with the lime juice, pour all over the salmon 2 bottles of wine, put it all to the oven for 12-15 m on 200 C

- salmon (one side, with skin)
- 8 large oranges
- sea salt (in rocks)
- pepper
- 2 bottles red wine (dry)
- 2 limes
