Cook the potato's cut the later in to disks, take out the mushroom' and cut them in halves, mix the potato's with mushroom's, add little wine vinegar to it. Chop the spring onion's and cover the salad, add pinch off salt &Pepper, give the oil a little temperature on a very small flame carefully add to cream and cover the salad:)
