Chop the cabbage and put it in to pot with bailing water with a pinch of salt. Do it for 5-6 min take out the cabbage and let it cool down, dice the cucumber's and tomatoes. Crush the cheese, mix it all in a big bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper ,cover it with cream and parsley.
