Chop the cucumbers and toamtoes. Roast the mustard seeds. Then,put curd,cucumber , and the chopped tomatoes in a bowl and mix them well. Add some salt to taste. Add the roasted mustard seeds after mixing these ingrediants well. Then while serving, put the chopped corrianders and crry leaves.
