Melt butter, sugar and condensed milk together on a low heat until sugar is dissolved then bring to boil stirring continuously. Boil (still stirring) for approx 3-5mins until mix has thickened slightly and take off the heat. Add crushed biscuits and pour into a buttered dish and leave to set. Once set, drizzle with melted chocolate-milk, plain or white or a combination of all three! Enjoy!
