Preheat oven to 200 °C and butter large baking dish in which you can cut pie. In a bowl put all ingredients and mix till combine. Line sheet of filo pastry in baking dish and spoon in just enough of cheese mixture to coat the pastry. Put another sheet of pastry on top, wrinkling it up to fit in the dish, and then spread again with just enough mixture to cover. Repeat this till all the mixture is used. On the top should be thin layer of cheese mixture. Bake in preheated oven about 40 minutes, until nicely browned on top. Take it from the oven leave it couple of minutes, cut in pieces and serve warm with cup of sour milk, butter milk or yogurt, although it is the best with glass of beer. If you have something left, although I do not believe, you can freeze it and when you wish warm in microwave.
