Ingredients

Serves: 6-8

Metric Cups
  • 4 bananas (peeled, cut in chunks and spritzed in lemon juice)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 grams caster sugar
  • 20 millilitres coconut milk
  • 40 grams butter (in small pieces)
  • 50 grams coconut (to taste, grated - can use ground almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 4 bananas (peeled, cut in chunks and spritzed in lemon juice)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2⅚ ounces superfine sugar
  • 1 fluid ounce coconut milk
  • 1⅖ ounces butter (in small pieces)
  • 1¾ ounces coconut (to taste, grated - can use ground almonds)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Method

  • Preheat the oven on 180°C.
  • Mix all ingredients together in the processor and pour into buttered individual ramekins or a larger ovenproof dish.
  • Pour hot water onto a baking tray and put your dish on it. Bake for 30-40 mins until firm and golden.
  • Eat warm or cold. You could decorate the surface with slices of bananas before it goes into the oven.

    • Just checking the amount of coconut milk isn't a typo, because 20ml doesn't seem much. Should it be 200ml?
