Double boil the butter on the stove (low heat). While waiting for the butter to fully melt, break each marie biscuit into 4 parts. Mix the Milo powder and the condensed milk in a bowl until they are intensely gooey. Pour the Milo powder and the condensed milk mixture into the double-boiled butter and stir (make sure the heat is still on). Add the pieces of biscuits into the mixture and keep stirring for 5 mins. Turn off the heat and pour it into a tray/container. Lastly, let it cool before putting it in the refrigerator.
