In a bowl, mix everything together except for the last two ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and knead till you achieve a smooth dough, adding a little more flour if necessary. This dough is now ready to be used how you like.
Introduction
It really is! You will fall in love with this gorgeous dough. It came to me by way of my friend, who got it from her neighbour, who got it from who knows where...Finished product has a lovely light 'cakey' texture.

Additional Information
I use Richard Bertinets method of French folding to work the dough by hand, I just find it turns out a lighter dough, but whatever gets the job done for you is fine! use for both sweet or savoury, sticky buns, meat pasties (fatayir), pizza.

You're supposed to leave the dough to rest about twenty minutes after step one :)
