Run the potatoes and salmon in a mixer till a smooth mince. Add the Crème Fraîche, spice with salt & pepper and taste so its enough. Put the mix cool to stale a bit. Form small round balls with a water rinsed spoon and your fingers. Roll them in the (gräslök) leek. Place them cold until serving.
