  • cream the butter and sugar till fluffy and pale
  • add the eggs 1 at a time with a few spoonfuls of you measured flour fold in the rest of your flour with a wooden spoon
  • spoon into paper cases (i prefer muffin cases there way bigger) make sure that when they rise there will be still enough room to put the chocolate in
  • place in the middle of the oven till golden brown and springs back when pressed leave to cool completely (and hide them away or else you will not be able to top them)
  • once cool, cut your snickers into chunks and melt in a ban marie (or the microwave )
  • spoon the melted chocolate onto the cakes and fill to the top of the cake cases
  • when set the snicker reforms itself into its original position: chocolate, toffee and nutty nougat
