Defrost the strawberries and drain well. Place the juice and marshmallows in the top of a double boiler.Heat until the marshmallows are melted. Chill. Add the strawberries and lemon rind. Fold in the whipped cream. pour into refrigerator trays and freeze. a wonder delight for a brunch or after-dinner dessert.
