Ingredients

Serves: 6 - 8

Metric Cups
  • 250 grams milk (or belguim chocolate)
  • 80 grams crunchie bar
  • 250 millilitres double cream
  • 250 millilitres mascarpone cheese
  • 50 grams chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles
  • 8⅚ ounces milk (or belguim chocolate)
  • 2⅚ ounces crunchie bar
  • 9 fluid ounces heavy cream
  • 9 fluid ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1¾ ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Method

  • Melt the choc in a bowl over a pan of boiling water on a very low temperature whilst stirring constantly. When melted, leave on the side to cool.
  • Whip the cream in a bowl and then stir into the mascarpone.
  • When the chocolate has cooled, stir in the dime/crunchie pieces and the chocolate chips.
  • Stir gently into the mascarpone mix to give a marbled effect.
  • Spoon into small glasses or ramekins and top with a small amount of sprinkles. Chill before serving.
