- 400 grams meat (chopped, or 200g of ground meat and 200g of ground pork)
- 50 grams bread (drench in milk)
- 1 egg
- 2 carrots (cut thinly lengthwise)
- 4 leeks (or 2 large onions)
- 1 handful mint (chop all herbs together)
- 1 handful fresh parsley (chop all herbs together)
- 1 handful fresh coriander (chop all herbs together)
- 2 large oranges (juice of)
- olive oil
- 5 grams allspice
- salt
- pepper

Additional Information
For the sauce I imagine you could use a glass of white wine too, instead of the veg broth. I used red onions, as I had those on hand and love them. As for the mince, the recipe called for mince meat, I did half and half, as written, but here too I guess you could use pork, lamb, chuck, in any amounts you wish.
