Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the brown sugar, a little at a time, until the mixture is thick. Finally, add the walnuts sligthly smashed and stir it. With a soup spoon fill small cake paper tins and bake it in the preheated oven for about 8/10 minutes.
