Metric Cups
  • 800 grams brown sugar
  • 200 grams walnuts
  • 8 egg whites
  • 28¼ ounces brown sugar
  • 7 ounces walnuts
  • 8 egg whites

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the brown sugar, a little at a time, until the mixture is thick.
  • Finally, add the walnuts sligthly smashed and stir it.
  • With a soup spoon fill small cake paper tins and bake it in the preheated oven for about 8/10 minutes.
