Cook noodles from packaged soups, and set aside as they are to be warmed up again in the dish later on. Cook the package(s) of ground meat and add onions, garlic and the soup flavouring packets to them after meat has almost cooked. Use a very large frying pan or stock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients except the milk and cook together until slightly thickened. Add milk near end and cook for another 10 minutes and then put noodles in pan to warm through. Serve in lovely bowls with bread and salad (I usually serve coleslaw with) on the side. You may adjust this as you like to create a whole new variety. You can even serve this over rice, pasta or potatoes or egg noodles if you have no packaged oriental noodle soup available. Therefore use similar spices to flavour the meat if you have none available.

- 2 pounds ground beef (or chicken or turkey)
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 packet frozen peas (or veg)
- any vegetables
- 1 can chicken soup (or mushroom or celery)
- milk
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- soy sauce
- chilli sauce
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 1 packet instant egg noodles
