Preheat oven to 180C. Cook lasagne sheets about 5 minutes. Remove and drain on a tea cloth. Make cheese filling by combining ricotta, goat cheese, chives, spices, salt and pepper. Place a little less than a tablespoon of the mixture on each sheet and roll up. Coat a baking dish with olive oil and place "cannelloni" in dish. Cover with a your favourite pasta sauce and top with grated parmesan. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve dish and garnish each plate with a few small leaves of basil. Accompany with salad, red wine and good conversation.!
