- 2 tablespoons light brown muscovado sugar
- 15 grams fresh yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 63 millilitres wholewheat flour
- 188 millilitres wheat flour
- 8⅘ fluid ounces water
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

- In a bowl, smash the yeast and mix it with the sugar. Wait a few minutes until it is completely dissolved. Add the water. Add the salt.
- Then start to put the flour on it. The dough will be ready when it stops sticking to your hands.
- Take a pinch of the dough, roll it into a tiny ball, put it in a glass of water. When the ball floats to the surface, the dough will be ready for the next step.
- Shape it as you want.
- Put it into the oven. When it gains color, it should be ready. Enjoy.
