Cut the biscuits into bite-sized chunks and crumble all the Flakes (or break them into chunks). Whip the cream until it is stiff, then blend the caramel in. Mix everything together, but save some of the Flake to sprinkle over the top. Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours so the biscuits go soggy and the creamy bit sets.
