Put the chicken pieces in a baking dish in a single layer. Pour over the tins of tomatoes and sweetcorn and mix a bit. Bake at 180C for about an hour, till the chicken is cooked.

- 1 can all gold mexican tomatoes
- 1 can creamed sweetcorn
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
