Quick and Easy Pavlova

Put all the ingredients into a food mixer (not processor). Beat at highest speed for 5 minutes till you have soft white peaks. Line a tray with baking paper. Mound the meringue onto a 20 cm circle. Smooth out and make "walls" and a hollow in the centre if wished. Bake in the centre of the oven at 140C for an hour and 20 minutes. Leave in the oven to cool. Serve topped with fresh cream or cream whipped and mixed with an equal quanitity of greek yoghurt, and decorate with fruit.
