Boil The pasta for 20 mins. Meanwhile in a large frying pan cook the sliced pork( about 10 mins) Lay aside. In the same pan (DO NOT CLEAN) fry the sliced mushrooms, garlic and salt and pepper for roughly 5 mins. Add the cream depending on whether you want a thick or thin sauce. Add pork and drained pasta to the mixture, and serve. FANTASTIC. YOU MAY DEPEND ON IT

- ⅘ pint heavy cream (between half and 1 pint - depending on how you like the thickness of the sauce)
- 1 pork fillet (cut into ½
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
