Okay, first prepare a pan 10x30 cm that was covered with aluminium foil and been spreaded with butter. Then put in the melted chocolate. While doing that, with a small fire heat the raisin, nuts, sugar, butter and salt until the sugar mixed and the butter already melts. Put in the cherries, cornflakes and the shredded coconut and stir. Then push the chocolate in the pan until it reaches the bottom, the put all of the mix to the top of the chocolate. Put the pan that was filled with the doe until it's getting hard(not to hard tough). And then chopped the way you like it. TIPS: I know i said it was baking but baking was not needed, but because it's a cookie and not really for dessert so that's why i put in the baking. Usually this kind of cookie has a lot of chocolate in it so all you have to do is freeze it in the fridge before you can cut it. And also the placing, choose a pan that's not to affected by the air(sorry about the pan name)and then you put it in the fridge.
