Exotic Shrimp & Pumpkin Curry

In a large skillet over high heat, brown onions in oil. Add shrimps, pumpkin pieces, tomatoes, pineapples, all the spices, and coconut milk. Stir to thicken on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm with Indian Naan or steamed rice.
Introduction
It's an easy curry to serve with steamed rice, Naan, and hot green tea.

Serves: 4-6
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 medium sugar pumpkin (peeled and diced)
- 20 large shrimp (cooked)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- chili powder
- cardamom
- nutmeg
- turmeric (to taste)
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes (whole)
- 1 can sliced pineapple
- 1 can coconut milk
