Cutting raw meat into thin slices or even trimming can be a slippery task with even the sharpest of knives. I found this trick a brilliant way to make paperthin slices without constantly fighting with slippery bits. I put the meat into the freezer for 25 minutes depending on how much i have but long enough to be barely pliable. Slicing is perfection easy uniform nothing is wasted.
