Kuku Sabzi (Green Herbs Frittata)

Place a large non stick pan on medium heat. Quickly mix all ingredients. Stir well. Pour mixture into pan and cook until edges crisp up, approximately 15 minutes. Gently cut into 4 large slices and flip slowly. Continue cooking the flipped slices of frittata until the other side is crispy, approximately 10 minutes.
Introduction
It's my kitchen standby because it takes simple ingredients and is quick to make.

Serves: 4-6
- 8 large chopped finely lettuce
- 2 cups chopped fresh dill
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- cumin (to taste)
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup red raisins (rinsed)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
