Introduction

This is a simple pleasure to make. All you need is slices of white or wheat bread. Toast them lightly. Spread a generous and even layer of Light Cream Cheese, sprigs of parsley, basil, and fresh mint, and chopped walnuts to add crunch. Sandwich them together and cut into triangles, circles, or squares. Arrange on a pretty tray and garnish more herbs around them. There's something so delicate about the crunch of walnuts, freshness of herbs and creaminess of cream cheese that makes this a fabulous tea time favorite. It's from Persia, Iran.
