Five Minute Mug Cake

Add dry ingredients to the mug and mix well. Add in the egg and mix well. Pour milk and oil and mix again. Add Chocolate chips, if using, and vanilla and mix well to get a smooth consistency. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes on high for a 1,000 watt oven, or vary time depending on your particular microwave (mine only needs 2:20 minutes)
Introduction
With this recipe you are no more than 5 minutes away from a delicious chocolate cake that takes very little brain power to assemble. A quick dessert for when unexpected visitors drop by (which is all the time at my place) ... try it out, you'll be amazed ... I was!

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1 splash of vanilla extract

I add Nutella to the centre to make the cake gooey! It's delicious!!
