Metric Cups
  • chicken drumsticks
  • medium sesame oil
  • sweet chilli sauce
  • wholegrain mustard
  • soy sauce
  • honey
  • olive oil
  • chicken drumsticks

Now, the measurements here are not designed to be exact. It also will depend on how many drumsticks you are serving. You just have to go with your instinct and give it a taste at the end to see if you need a bit more of something. My approximate measurements are for about 8 drumsticks.

  • For the marinade, mix together the following in a bowl: About 1 tablespoon of sesame oil About 2 tablespoons of Thai sweet chilli sauce Heaped teaspoon of wholegrain mustard About 2 tablespoons of soy sauce Good squeeze of honey Dash of olive oil
  • Mix it all together and just give it a quick taste. I find the marinade doesn't need any salt or pepper.
  • Place the drumsticks in an oven proof dish.
  • Poor over the marinade.
  • Cook for about 40 mins or according to the time on the pack.
