Chocolate Tiramisu

Dissolve coffee in water. Cool. Whip cream till stiff; add mascarpone, condensed milk, chocolate and coffee and beat till combined. Layer the biscuits in a large rectangular dish and top with the chocolate mixture. Dip a fork into the melted chocolate for the topping and drizzle the chocolate over the dessert. Refrigerate for about 5 hours before serving.

- 2⅛ fluid ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (melted)
- 9 ounces savoiardi cookies
- 8⅘ fluid ounces coffee liqueur
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate (melted for the topping)
