- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups coconut
- 2 cups fruitcake mix (or raisins, sultanas and cherries mixed, as you wish)
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 9 ounces soft butter
- 2 beaten eggs
