Layered Pasta Bake

Cook the pasta three minuets less than stated on the packet. Drain, and rinse in cold water. Pop a little oil in and then toss to prevent sticking, set aside. Pre heat oven to 190ºc, gas mark 5, heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the mince beef until browned. Stir in the jar sauce of bolognaise and let it simmer for 20 minuets, or the guidelines stated on the pack. Stir occasionally. Remove from the heat and toss with the pasta and cubed soft mozzarella, and spoon into an ovenproof dish. Beat the egg yolks, crème fraîche, and hard mozzarella together with a little seasoning and pour over the pasta to cover. Bake for about 35-40 minuets until golden and firm to the touch let it stand for 2-3 minuets before serving. Serve and enjoy!!
