Serves: 4
- 8 ounces raisins
- 8 ounces golden raisins
- 4 ounces candied peel
- 1 pound apples (peeled cored and chopped)
- 1 pound Zante currants
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- ⅔ cup brandy
