Honey and Mustard Crusted Pork Chop With Apple Jus

Heat apple juice in a pot. Let simmer until it reduces to a quarter . Lightly season pork chop on both sides with salt and pepper and in a hot fry pan, seal on both sides. Combine honey and mustard in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread honey mustard mixture over the top of pork chop and roast in oven until cooked through. Allow apple jus to slightly cool, just so it becomes thicker. Serve pork chop with mashed or baked potato and jus.

Introduction
This idea came to me when I was looking for a way to make pork just that less boring. It can be served with just about anything, I've written roasted or mashed potato just because potatoes are extremely versatile and terribly easy to prepare.
