Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Prepare the dough according to the instructions on the packet, and knead well on a floured surface to form a stiff dough. Shape into 10 fairly small circles and arrange on greased baking sheets. Leave to rise as described. Flatten the inside of the circles slightly to form a raised edge. Arrange the tomato slices and bacon on the dough circles and carefully break and egg on top of each. Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning and bake until the egg white is cooked and firm and the crust baked through. Sprinkle with chives and serve hot for breakfast
