Firstly mix in the butter, cocoa and the sugar and make a batter Crack in the eggs 1 by 1, mix alongside Add the flour and baking powder Mix well to form the batter Add chocolate and stir using a spatula Add nuts of your choice Preheat the oven to 165C Put the batter in a 10'by 10' and 3' deep tray lined with butterpaper Bake for nearly 40-45 mins depending on the size of tray Prick and check after 20 mins of baking Take out the brownie only after its completely cooled

- 150 grams dark chocolate (finely chopped)

- 9 ounces butter (salted, molten)
- 3 ounces unsweetened cocoa
- 4 ounces all-purpose flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 8 ounces superfine sugar
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate (finely chopped)
- peanuts (roasted, or walnuts or almonds - optional)
