Metric Cups
  • 150 grams plain marie biscuits
  • 113 grams cocoa powder
  • 113 grams icing sugar
  • 113 grams chocolate sauce
  • flaked almonds (or chocolate bar)
  • 5 ounces plain marie biscuits
  • 4 ounces unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 4 ounces chocolate sauce
  • sliced almonds (or chocolate bar)

Method

  1. Crush the marie biscuits to fine powder. In a bowl mix the powdered biscuits,cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  2. Add little milk to the mixture and make a dough.
  3. Now make small sized balls out of the dough.
  4. Now pour chocolate sauce over each ball n garnish with crushed almonds or chocolate and keep in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour and then it's ready to eat.
