Put everything in the food processor and zzzz...done in 1 minute. I love to use this dressing over tomato salad. yesterday, I bought nice colorful tomatoes -yellow, stripped, cherry tomatoes... and it was very good.
Introduction
Here at home, we don't like the salty fishy taste of anchovies, and we have fresh flat parsley at the balcony all the time.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 1 cup fresh italian parsley
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 green olives
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- salt (to taste)
- ½ lemon zest
- ½ lemon
- 1 splash of olive oil (to thin)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
