Metric Cups
  • 250 grams smoked salmon
  • 250 millilitres creme fraiche
  • 1 onion
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tagliatelle (cooked)
  • 8⅚ ounces smoked salmon
  • 9 fluid ounces creme fraiche
  • 1 onion

Method

  • Chop and saute the onion in a little butter.
  • Add chopped salmon and heat through.
  • Stir in creme fraiche and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.
