Boil diced potatoes and make the ginger and onion paste. Heat the oil and add the coriander. Pour in the tomato paste and cook it for a while. Add the diced boiled potato and mix. Add the chillis and salt to the paste also. Finally pour in the milk and cream, mix it in and serve.
