- 500 millilitres lemon curd
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 250 millilitres cream
- 1½ packets sponge fingers
- 17½ fluid ounces lemon curd
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 8⅘ fluid ounces cream
- 1½ packets lady fingers or savoiardi

As with Tiramisu, you can also choose to make layers of the ladyvingers and the mixture. When doing this, you can use the juice from the pineapple, or orange juice to soak the ladyvingers (not toO long, else the whole thing will get too wet).
