Ingredients

Serves: 4-5

Metric Cups
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 375 grams dark chocolate
  • 375 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 1¾ ounces unsalted butter
  • 13¼ ounces bittersweet chocolate
  • 13¼ ounces sweetened condensed milk

Method

  1. Put butter, chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl. Put bowl into microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Once melted, take bowl out of the microwave and mix thoroughly.
  3. Line a baking dish with foil or butter paper. Pour prepared mixture in dish and even out to the sides.
  4. Let the dish cool in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  5. Cut into small squares and serve cold.
