  • 6 ounces superfine sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Put butter and sugar in a mixing bowl mix into a smooth and light mixture
  • Put flour into the mixing bowl and mix into a paste again
  • Put the beaten eggs into the bowl mix together
  • Turn Oven on to 180oC heat leave the oven to heat up for 10 minutes
  • Put the mixture into paper cake cases stick onto a tray
  • Put in the oven 12 to 15 Minutes until golden brown and spongy
  • Put onto a cooling tray and let it cool to a cool temperature
  • Decorate until your heart is content
