Mix butter, coconut and sponge mix together, and press into a greased slice tin. Place apples on top of cake mix. Spread Sour cream over apples. Sift cinnamon on top of the sour cream. Bake in mod oven for 45mins, cool and cut into slices/squares to serve.

- 4 ounces melted butter
- 1 packet sponge mix
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tin canned apples
- 1 tub sour cream
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

The sour cream will crack, If you cannot find Tinned Apple pie mix, stew your own apples, but make sure most of the liquid has been removed.
