Ingredients
Serves: 4-6
- 150 grams butter
- 150 grams sugar
- vanilla sugar (a little bag, or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract)
- 1 lemon (zest of)
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 4 large apples (eating apples)
- 5 ounces butter
- 5 ounces sugar
- vanilla sugar (a little bag, or 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract)
- 1 lemon (zest of)
- 3 eggs
- 7 ounces all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 4 large apples (eating apples)
