This recipe is an all time favourite of mine. I based it on the idea of vegetable samosas. They taste delicious with a blob of natural yogurt on the side.

Ingredients
Serves: 6-8
- 1 packet puff pastry (ready rolled, use full roll)
- 100 grams carrots
- 100 grams potatoes
- 100 grams cauliflowers
- 100 grams onions
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
- ½ juice of lime
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- egg yolks (or milk)
