Preheat oven to 200c fanbake or just bake if your oven if doesn't have that option Heat a large frying pan add oil brow mince, onion and garlic. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and sugar Add half the can of soup and 3 cups of water and let everything simmer until the liquid has almost vanished and turned into a more saucy consistency (this can take around 15 mins) Add the rest of the soup and simmer for about 5 more mins Put the pasta in the bottom of a large casserole dish and pour mince over the top and mix to spread the pasta through out. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake in the on high for about 20 minutes or until the bake looks ready and has dried out a bit it will be bubbling hot when you take it out so let it stand before serving

Additional Information
Sometimes if I have a spare orange on hand I will squeeze some juice into the mince mixture. Orange and cinnamon go so well together. Feel free to add vegies if you like too. I have added chopped carrot and mushrooms before they go really well
