  1. Brew 2 (2x100ml) cups of double espresso.
  2. Combine cream and condensed milk.
  3. Steam cream mixture with Espresso / Cappuccino maker OPTIONAL: Froth steamed cream mixture with a balloon whisk or stick frother (my favourite toy in the kitchen).
  4. Pour espresso into two preheated demitasse (Small cup and saucer usually 150 ml).
  5. Dust espresso with cinnamon to form a thin brown layer on the surface.
  6. Carefully pour the steamed milk mixture in the center of the cup (this will push the cinnamon to the sides) Quickly lift the pouring container as you finish pouring the milk mixture so as to form a peak in the center of the cup.
  7. Serve beverage with a Cherry Bon Bon (truffel) on the side.
