Lizzie's Tagine of Chicken With Tomato, Honey & Almond Sauce

Fry chicken breasts in olive oil until golden. Transfer to tagine or lidded casserole. Fry onions & garlic gently until soft. Bubble for 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in almonds and season. Tuck cinnamon under chicken & pour sauce over. Cook @ 200/400/Gas mark 6 for 40 minutes. Serve with fruity couscous.
