- 500 grams flour (white)
- 210 grams butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 20 grams yeast
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons cream
- marmalade
- icing sugar
- 18 ounces flour (white)
- 7 ounces butter
- 2 ounces sugar
- 1 ounce yeast
- 3 tablespoons milk

Method
Marmalade Rolls is a community recipe submitted by sugarbaby and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.
- Put the yeast in a cup together with warm milk and leave it for about 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir them together well.
- Add the yeast and milk and knead the dough for a few minutes until all the ingredients are well connected. Let the dough rest for an hour at room temperature.
- Then roll out the dough and cut it into small squares (about 4x4cm). Put some marmalade on each square and roll each square.
- Put them on the baking tin and bake them at 200 degrees C for around 10 minutes or until they are golden brown. Cool the cookies and then powder them with some powdered sugar.
